Product Description
Faithful reproduction of a Peugeot 404. The type 404 was manufactured from May 1960 to the end of 1974. Outside Europe, this model continued to be produced for a long time. The Peugeot 404 is a rear-wheel drive mid-size car that was available as a four-door notchback sedan, five-door station wagon, convertible, coupe and pick-up truck. The Peugeot 404 was considered a particularly well-designed, modern, and practical vehicel, which was also very popular in Germany
The Bauer model of a Peugeot 404 white was first offered in 1993. This first version was painted. The version offered here is from 1997 after transition to colored resin. The models now produced differ from the earlier models. The bodywork is identical and comes from leftover stock, the chassis is different.
Technology/driving
Equipped with a AutoWorld pancake chassis. This chassis is dimensionally identical to the Thunderjet 500 chassis used previously.
